Green Pulse™ gives your wastewater plant two levels of capability. Stage 1 delivers process visibility and intelligence — drawing on SCADA data, field observations, and daily lab results to generate early warnings, track performance, and prescribe corrective actions for your operators. Stage 2 takes it further: once a supervisor approves the daily instructions, they are passed directly to PLC/SCADA for automatic execution — no manual re-entry, no delay. The result is a plant that moves from reactive operations to a structured, supervised, and increasingly self-correcting daily cycle.
By improving compliance, reducing plant upsets, optimizing energy use, improving water recovery and reducing excess chemical use, Green Pulse™ significantly lowers operational and maintenance costs.
Green Pulse™ is vendor-neutral and sits above your existing SCADA and instrumentation. For parameter inputs, it does not require SCADA integration — operators can enter daily readings manually. For output instructions to SCADA it can be integrated with any SCADA system.
Modules are selected per treatment process, not per plant. A facility with aerobic treatment, RO, and an MEE would typically run 3 Modules together on a single dashboard. Each module runs independently and can be added progressively.
Green Pulse™ is available in both on-premises and SaaS deployment models to suit your organisation's IT policy and infrastructure. For plants that require data to remain within their own network, Green Pulse™ can be deployed fully on-premises, secure, and independent. For organisations that prefer a managed, always-updated experience, Green Pulse™ is also available as a cloud-hosted SaaS subscription.
In the case of on-premises deployment, all data resides at your premises. Green Pulse™ acts as a data processor only — your plant data never leaves your premises and remains at your premises at all times.
In the case of the SAAS model, your data is equally safe and secure. An NDA can be executed upon request.
Typical onboarding is completed within one month. This includes process customisation, incorporating your plant's specific design data, consent limits, and operating parameters, followed by remote IT deployment and module setup support. The onboarding timelines, however, depend upon size of the plant, complexity and amount of customisation.
The subscription includes remote IT support, free additional process customisation for the first 90 days (subject to feasibility), and quarterly performance reviews. Optional operator’s process training and expert-on-call advisory are available for deeper technical support.
